These common areas also make sense when the guesthouse is rented to a group for an internship, a family party or a reunion between friends !
THE "GUEST ROOM"
The “guest room” awaits you each morning for breakfast. You will be served local, organic and homemade products. Three key elements of the breakfast are produced on site. The stoneware dishes come directly from Alain’s workshop. Lionel’s fruit juices are made in his press with the fruits of the garden or those gleaned in the surrounding country side. The jams (‘citre’, green tomato, lemon, blackberry…) are homemade and ready to be spread on good organic bread, alternating with local honey which is as fragrant as the earth is colored.
With the kitchen at your disposal, you can savor the delicious local products that you will find in the famous Provencal markets, such as the one in Apt (every Tuesday and Saturday morning) or the paysant market in Coustellet (every Sunday morning and Wednesday night).
You can also gather there to prepare the next morning program by consulting the IGN maps, the country guides on fauna or flora. You can also play board games around an herbal tea…
Three of the rooms are organized around an inner courtyard, the patio. The three plane mulberries that dress it bring the necessary freshness and offer the opportunity to our guests to meet or rest in peace. One loves lounging on a deck chair for hours with a good book in hand !
Outside, a small barbecue will make it possible for you to grill a delicious lamb chop from the Pays de Sault.
